Company
We are an auction discovery platform. We collect auction notices published by banks, housing finance companies, NCLT liquidators and government departments, structure them into a single searchable format, and present the details buyers actually need.
Our mission
Auction notices in India are published in good faith by banks, tribunals and government bodies — but they are scattered across hundreds of websites, PDFs and newspaper advertisements. A single property can be listed on a bank portal, an e-auction platform and a regional paper, each with slightly different wording. Finding them is hard; comparing them is harder.
eAuctionHunt brings them together, standardises the fields — reserve price, EMD, auction date, possession status, location, institution — and keeps the original notice linked as the source of truth. We are not an auctioneer and we do not conduct bidding. Bids, EMD payments and sale confirmations always happen on the official platform named in the notice.
We help you find and evaluate opportunities. The transaction stays with the institution.
How we're different
We are a discovery platform, not an auctioneer. Here's how that changes what you get compared to single-bank portals, newspaper ads and broker-led aggregators.
One place for bank, NCLT, SARFAESI, DRT and government notices from across India
Each bank runs its own portal; you check dozens of sites and newspapers separately
Every listing is structured — reserve price, EMD, auction date, possession, location, institution
Raw PDFs and newspaper ads with fields buried in paragraphs of fine print
Each listing links back to the original official notice — nothing is paraphrased as fact
Aggregators and brokers reword details, often dropping or changing key terms
Neutral discovery layer — we never conduct auctions, take bids or collect EMD
Many platforms are the auctioneer or take a commission on the sale
Filter by city, budget, institution and asset type in seconds
No cross-institution search; you hunt one portal at a time
Where the institution did not state a field, we say so — we do not guess
Portals and brokers fill blanks with estimates presented as fact
What we stand for
The same rules apply to every listing — whether it's a flat in Mumbai or factory machinery in Pune.
Every listing records where it came from and when it was published. We surface the fields buyers compare — reserve price, EMD, possession status — instead of marketing copy.
Each notice links back to the official document. Where a field is unstated by the institution, we say so rather than guess it.
Hundreds of portals and PDFs become one clean, searchable dataset organised by city, budget, institution and asset type.
We focus on the data investors and professionals actually use to decide whether an asset is worth pursuing.
Our story
Why we started
Auction notices in India are scattered across hundreds of bank websites, newspaper ads and portals. A buyer chasing one property had to check dozens of places and still risked missing a date.
What we built
We bring bank, NCLT, SARFAESI, DRT and government notices together, standardise the fields, and present the details buyers actually need — with the official notice always linked as the source of truth.
Where we're going
Every serious buyer should be able to find, evaluate and act on an auction in minutes — with alerts, documents and comparable outcomes — without relying on brokers or hearsay.
Our team
We're a lean team that cares about getting auction data right — accurate fields, honest gaps and a clear link to every official source.
