Which plan should I choose?

Every plan includes the same Premium features. Take 3 months if you are buying soon, 6 months to cover a full auction cycle including re-auctions, and 12 months if you track auctions continuously or for clients.

Can I unlock just one property?

Premium unlocks every live listing, plus auction alerts so you do not miss new matching properties. Closed auctions and core listing facts stay free for everyone.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

There is nothing to cancel: these plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Choose a different duration when your access ends.

What happens if I don't win any auction during my subscription?

Your plan pays for alerts, document access, reminders and support—not an auction outcome. Core listing information remains free before, during and after your plan.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are handled securely by our payment partner. eAuctionHunt does not store your complete card or banking details.

Do plans auto-renew, and can I turn that off?

No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. Your access ends on the stated date unless you choose to buy another plan.

What's the difference between free and Premium?

Free access includes search, reserve price, EMD, date and general location. Full descriptions, exact addresses, official notices/documents and bank contact numbers require Premium. Premium also includes alerts, saved searches, calendar reminders and priority support.

Will paying improve my chances of winning?

No service can guarantee an auction result. Paid tools help you discover relevant auctions sooner and stay on top of documents and deadlines.
